Many times we tend to divide foods into two groups, fattening and non. The truth is that this classification is meaningless, because a food is not able by itself to make a person fat. The cause of weight gain is in the overall count calories diet, and this depends on the feeding habits of each individual.

The 10 Day Diet

The 10 days diet lets you lose weight in a furious pace. You can use this diet within ten days about 4 to 7 kg weight loss. The Low-High GI Foods
