Many times we tend to divide foods into two groups, fattening and non. The truth is that this classification is meaningless, because a food is not able by itself to make a person fat. The cause of weight gain is in the overall count calories diet, and this depends on the feeding habits of each individual.

The Bread Fattening
The bread is usually one of the first foods that you deleted when you go on a diet alone. But is there any reason that justifies it? The reality is that the bread, like the rest of starchy, rich in carbohydrates, the nutrient that our body needs in larger quantities and also the bread contains little fat.
